A national health expert that has been getting attention from 2008 presidential candidates made his way to Topeka on Tuesday.Dr. Len Nichols, a health economist, met with several groups of legislators and the governor, to discuss health reform issues. He says that Kansas is already doing better than the national average when it comes the number of people without health care. Nichols is more interested in giving states the best information rather than telling them what to do. more
