Len Nichols, Director of the Health Policy Program at the New America Foundation, testified before the U.S. Senate Budget Committee on June 26 to discuss how health care reform proposals should be evaluated, possible options for reform, and how to broaden access to insurance while improving health outcomes and containing costs.
