FEBP Releases 2010 Education Appropriations Guide

Washington, DC -- Today the New America Foundation's Federal Education Budget Project (FEBP) released an issue brief on recently finalized fiscal year 2010 federal education appropriations.  The paper, 2010 Education Appropriations Guide, by Federal Education Budget Project Director Jason Delisle breaks down the $63.7 billion education budget for fiscal year 2010 with insightful analysis and helpful summaries.

The paper includes an overview of the appropriations process, a 2010 appropriations timeline, highlights of the 2010 appropriations for certain programs, and tables comparing 2009 and 2010 appropriations.
