Douglas McGray with Crosscurrents - KALW News | 'The Flipside of Check Cashing'

November 17, 2008
Low income families often end up going to check cashing outlets rather than banks. For the last 5 years or so, check cashers and payday loan companies have played the role of villain in news stories.
