Steven Rattner

Steven Rattner is Founder and Managing Principal of Quadrangle Group, a private investment firm based in New York. Previously, Mr. Rattner was the Deputy Chairman and Deputy CEO at Lazard Freres, and before that an economic correspondent for The New York Times in New York, Washington, and London. He continues to write regularly on economics and public policy matters for The New York Times, The Washington Post, The Wall Street Journal, and The Financial Times.

Rattner also is Chairman of the Educational Broadcast Corporation, Chairman of the Brown University Budget and Finance Committee, and a Trustee of the Metropolitan Museum of Art, the Museum of Television and Radio, and the Brookings Institution. He graduated from Brown University.
