Nathan Atlas

Committee for a Responsible Federal Budget
Nathan Atlas is a Senior Program Associate for the Committee for a Responsible Federal Budget and the Peterson-Pew Commission on Budget Reform. Before coming to the New America Foundation, Mr. Atlas served in the federal government for over five years in various roles at the Department of Labor, the White House, and the Office of Management and Budget (OMB). Most recently, he served as the director of scheduling and policy assistant in the director's office of OMB. While there he managed the scheduling operation and special projects for the OMB's director and deputy director and the White House's chief of staff. Mr. Atlas graduated from The George Washington University with a B.A. in psychology and a minor in electronic media.
