The New America Foundation’s Global Assets Project, which aims to advance knowledge on savings opportunities for the poorest around the world, seeks an enthusiastic, motivated individual for the summer semester. The intern will play an integral role in the Project by assisting the Global Assets team with the research, writing, and dissemination of work among its wide variety of project areas, such as social protection, savings products for the poor, youth savings in developing countries and other issues associated with addressing poverty through savings and technology.
Interns will have the opportunity to attend events and network with thought-leaders in global development and related fields. Interns are expected to work at least 30 hours a week and will be based out of the New America Foundation office in Washington, DC.
