If only the U.S. had the problem of too much citizen participation! Having passed petitions for 1. Cleaning up hog farms 2. Campaign Finance Reform 3. School Funding increases 4. 15% Renewable Energy mandate 5. Tobacco Tax increase 6. Election Day registration 7. Ethics in Government 8. Fixing TABOR and others local and others forgotten, it's hard to get Americans on the busy treadmill their misrepresentatives build to stop and sign to make their future better.
