We should have a vote to protect our hometowns

I agree with Bruno. Lots of people have to leave their hometowns to earn a living or fulfill ambitions or wanderlust. And lots would like to come back someday and not have their hometowns degraded by the "development" that misrepresentatives take bribes of various sorts to allow. So why not let people vote where they used to live and might move back?
