Why are you not asking Andrew Cuomo where the 18.5 million dollars is that he collected as a result of the student loan crisis? The claim was that it was to go into an account to start a Financial Literacy program to help student and parents? Yet 18 months later no one in his office can give a straight answer on where the money is. How it can be accessed by non profit groups to develop the financial literacy programs he claims should be available. Individuals and groups have contacted his office and are being stone walled. Where is this money? And why is it not being used for the intended purpose it was collected for? How about an open accounting of that?
