My, my, my...what a revelation. But not surprising. It seems that money talks, and BS walks now-a-days. As the Director of Operations of Families to Amend California's Three Strikes (FACTS), we knew that the voters of California had been duped. We ran a campaign built on the facts that this egregious law held many strikers behind bars that benefits our ever growing prison industrial complex...what a nightmare! We all know that the 'real criminals' are walking free, and are filling California's prisons built upon lies for their own selfish, arrogant reasons.
The opponents of Prop. 66 continue to tell lies that this is a just law, and tell horrid stories of fearmongering. What Californians need to fear is the lies the politicians continue to feed them.
