Has anyone seen evidence about reading first's outcomes? Wonder why the department has been scrubbing the report for more than a year??? I expect that it WILL show some effect - it should, for a program run with Extreme rigidity and a billion dollars a year. but that's not the question worth asking. The RIGHT question is whether the program is as effective as it would have been if it had been done right>
