Credit Cards

I wonder, if once student credit card abuse is cleaned up, we'll more clearly see that our current levels of student financial aid are that much less than is needed. In short, have the credit-card fueled bankruptcies of twenty-somethings actually subsidized some part of higher education in the last 15-20 years? In the meantime, go Cuomo! - TL
