I called Senator Kennedy's Washington office to ask the status of this bill since he is the chairman of the committee where Hillary introduced it last February, in 2007. Kennedy is chairman of the committee on Health, Education, Labor and Pensions and it's his job to determine when and if Hillary's bill goes forward for consideration.
