I suppose we should be glad that some people are getting work; although I doubt that at $10 a signature they are going to be able to shop at Neiman Marcus.
Which brings me to my main quandry: Why do the owners of Concord's SunValley Mall care if Neiman Marcus opens in Walnut Creek? It's not as though SunValley's clientele (Sears/Penneys shoppers) are going to be able to afford to shop at such a high-end store.
