Colorado Tax Revolt?

July 28, 2009 - 11:26am

Three new initiatives circulating in Colorado seek to reverse tax hikes enacted by the legislature and Gov. Bill Ritter. Organizers aren't saying who is sponsoring the measures, which could end up on a state ballot next year, but this story suggests one force behind the initiatives may be Colorado Springs anti-tax activist Doug Bruce.

4th Obama state Revolting

First California votes down measures to extend tax increases. Washington has a Tim Eyman petition to cap spending and reduce property taxes. Oregon now has a referendum on tax increases. Colorado now will go to the ballot box to undo tax increases. Like I commented before the tax revolt is here. So Obama Blue States are having a revolt? People scoffed. Said conservatives were irrelevant. And they wonder why Fox is getting higher ratings now and MSNBC and CNN ratings are diving? While NPR has Obama's approval rating down to 53%.
